Where the three rule sets disagree, and why
Cloudflare's isitagentready.com counts published artefacts — publish a file at the right path and the number goes up, whether or not the file applies to you. We weight the same evidence and, where a criterion plainly doesn't apply to a site, exclude it rather than hold its absence against you. Ora / Vercel's is-agentic.com publishes ten goals, several of which no single unauthenticated crawl can judge at all. Score the same site by all three rulers and you get three different numbers — not because two of them are wrong, but because they are not measuring the same thing.
